About

With untis-ics, you can export your Untis holidays and lessons as recurring calendar events, compatible with any calendar app of your choice. Unlike some other projects, we provide calendars for multiple users simultaneously and store schedules locally, ensuring that old lessons remain accessible even if a school's schedule viewing range is restricted.

Since different schools set up their Untis instances differently, our collection algorithm may occasionally miss some lessons or specific changes like cancelled classes or room changes. If you notice any wrong behaviour, feel free to open an issue!

Importing your calendar

After you have logged in, copy your calendar link and add it to your calendar as a subscription calendar. Here are some examples for common apps:

Apple Calendar on iOS

Click on Calendars > Add Calendar > Add Subscription Calendar and paste your calendar link.

Apple Calendar on MacOS

In your title bar, select File > New Calendar Subscription and paste your calendar link.

Google Calendar

Before copying your link, enter your timezone as Google Calendar does not support local timestamps in subscription calendars. Then open the Google Calendar website, go to Settings > Add calendar > From URL and paste your calendar link.

Thunderbird

In your calendar, select New Calendar > On the Network, paste your calendar link into Location and check This location doesn't require credentials.
